Precautions for startup and shutdown of screw press machine
1. Check before startup
Whether there are sundries in the mixing tank, whether the filter body empties the sludge, and whether there are mud lumps at the screw shaft head.
2. Startup steps
(1) Add flocculant powder into the PAM preparation system and start the mixing device;
(2) Manually spray the moving and stationary discs on the filter body for 2 minutes;
(3) Start the body drive motor, check whether the rotation direction of the body drive motor is correct, and continue to spray for 2 minutes;
(4) Start the flocculant dosing pump, sludge pump and flocculation mixing motor in turn;
(5) Adjust the sludge feed rate and the rotating speed of the screw shaft, and adjust the spacing of the back pressure plate to optimize the treatment capacity and water content.
3. Check after startup
Whether the screw shaft rotates normally, whether the mud level of the mixing tank is stable, whether the rotating parts operate normally and whether there is abnormal noise.
4. Shutdown procedure
(1) Close the sludge feed pump and stop the sludge feeding;
(2) Close the dosing pump and dosing system, and stop dosing;
(3) Vent the flocculation mixing tank and stop the flocculation mixing motor;
(4) After all the sludge is discharged (no less than 30 minutes), spray the filter body manually for 5 minutes, and wash the equipment clean;
(5) Turn off the power.
5. Precautions for daily operation
(1) Set reasonable operation and shutdown time during automatic operation, and complete the whole process according to requirements;
(2) Adjust the "flow regulating pipe" to the appropriate height according to the different sludge concentration;
(3) It is strictly prohibited to overload the sludge volume to prevent the sludge from silting up to the concentration section due to excessive sludge volume in the dehydrator;
(4) It is strictly prohibited that hard solids such as large slag blocks, wood blocks, metal blocks, etc. flow into the sludge pump body and the filter body of the dehydrator;
(5) During manual cleaning, water shall not be spilled on electrical components such as motors, electric control boxes, etc.
(6) Regularly replace or add gear lubricating oil to the reducer;
(7) Regularly (every month) check whether the nuts of the filter body and other parts are loose;
(8) Overhaul once every three months.
