Daily check of sludge dewatering press

1. The dehydration effect of the dehydrator shall be checked frequently. If the separation liquid (or filtrate) is found to be turbid and the solid recovery rate drops, the causes shall be analyzed in time and the corresponding measures shall be taken to solve the problem.

2. Regularly observe the sludge dewatering effect. If the solid content of sludge cake decreases, analyze the situation and take specific measures to solve the problem.

3. Frequently observe the operation of the sludge dewatering unit, and take corrective measures against abnormal phenomena to ensure normal operation.

4. Sufficient flushing time of the dehydrator shall be guaranteed every day. When the dehydrator is shut down, the interior and the whole body of the machine shall be flushed clean to ensure cleanliness and reduce odor. Otherwise, it is very difficult to wash the accumulated mud after it is dry.

5. According to the requirements of the dehydrator, observe and check the machine frequently.

6. Frequently check the wear condition of the dehydrator and replace it if necessary.

7. Timely find out the damage of sand particles in the mud entering the dehydrator to the filter belt, and timely replace it if the damage is serious.

8. Make analysis and measurement records.
