Check and debug before the screw sludge press runs

Check the piping inside the machine:

① Check whether the connection between the internal piping and the external piping of the machine is loose.

② Open the valve at the water supply port and check whether the water supply piping leaks.

③ Open the maintenance valve of the dehydrator and check whether the water pipe is free of water.

④ Check whether the valve is in the following on-off state.

Name Status:

Ball valve below flocculation mixing tank - off

Maintenance valve - off

Check for foreign objects

Check whether there are foreign matters such as packaging materials in the metering tank and flocculation mixing tank.

Inspection after power wiring:

① Please confirm whether the main power supply and the power supply in the electric control cabinet are cut off.

② Please tighten the screws of the terminal in the electric control cabinet.

③ Please confirm that the operation mode switch (COS-1) on the electric control cabinet is adjusted to "Stop".

④ Please turn on the main power switch.

⑤ Please use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the receiving terminal on the electric control cabinet and check whether it is consistent with the regulations.

⑥ Please turn on the main power supply (ELCB-1) on the electric control cabinet.

⑦ Please check whether the power indicator (WL-1) on the electric control cabinet is on.

⑧ Please turn on the operating power supply (MCCB-C), control circuit power supply (CP-1) and spraying power supply (CP-2) in the electric control cabinet.

Check the rotation direction of the motor:

① After wiring, be sure to check whether the wiring of power supply phase is correct.

② Please cut off all the operation selector switches (CSL) in the electric control cabinet.

③ Please turn the switch of operation mode (COS-1) on the electric control cabinet to manual.

④ Please switch the screw shaft on the electric control cabinet and the operation switch of the flocculation mixing tank mixer to the open position in turn, and check the rotation direction of each motor. The correct rotation direction of each motor is as follows:

Spiral shaft: it rotates counterclockwise when looking from the front to the back of the outlet.

Flocculation mixing tank mixer: it rotates clockwise from top to bottom.

⑤ In case of motor reversal, reverse the first phase (R) and the third phase (T) of the power supply on the electric cabinet, and be sure to cut off the main power supply and the power supply in the electric control cabinet before operation.

Operation setting:

Setting of sludge inflow of sludge transfer pump; Please set the appropriate amount of sludge according to the processing capacity of the machine. In addition, the reaction time of polymerized iron is about 3 minutes, which should also be considered when setting.
