Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the reasonable amount of mud fed according to the processing capacity of the whole machine to avoid overload operation. Improper operation also includes: not cleaning for a long time, not regular maintenance, etc.
3. It is related to the nature of sludge. If the sludge contains sand, oil, glue, a large amount of solid waste, and easily dried sludge, it may be blocked. In addition, if large slag blocks and metal blocks enter the dehydration main body, a filtering device shall be added at the water inlet end if necessary, otherwise the movable ring will be stuck or blocked, causing wear of the movable ring and spiral shaft.
So, if the sludge dewatering press is blocked, how should we solve it?
1. In case of blockage and jamming, power off and stop operation immediately for maintenance. Flush with plenty of water at the same time.
2. If it is only slightly blocked, try to reverse the spiral shaft or increase the flushing frequency to solve the problem.
