Backwash unit for screw sludge dehydrator

 

The screw sludge dehydrator is different from traditional plate and belt dehydrators. It adopts a filter press system composed of a screw shaft and a ring sheet, so it is not easy to be blocked.

In addition, flushing devices are provided on both sides of the upper part of the screw shaft, and the spray system can effectively remove the residues in the gap. Some sludges are highly viscous and require cleaning to avoid clogging.

Washing energy consumption of screw sludge dehydrator: the water pressure of backwashing is generally 1.5Mpa, and the amount of washing water varies according to the model of the machine, generally 20L~200L/h.
